Get to Know Me

lovely to meet you

I was born and raised in Damascus, Oregon – a Pacific Northwesterner through and through.
Theatre and the arts have always been a part of my life. It started small: drawing and painting pictures for my friends and family, sewing doll clothes and stuffed animals. In grade school I began studying music in the footsteps of my older siblings. Finally, I found theatre at age ten. Year after year I returned to theatre, and the longer I stayed, the more I fell utterly in love with it.

I love the collaborative nature, the constant nature of being challenged and pushed past creative and physical limits, the exploration and celebration of humanity, and most of all, the discipline this world requires.

When it came time to decide the degree I wanted to pursue, there were two options ahead of me: safety in the sciences, or passion in the arts. I simultaneously had two important realizations: I could only see myself happily pursuing one of those two lifestyles, and you can always fail at the safe option, so you might as well chase after what you really want. That lead me to plant myself all the way across the country in Anderson, South Carolina. Three and a half years of hard work later, I am so ready to dive headfirst into full-time performance.

Some of my special interests include horseback riding, archery, hiking and exploring the outdoors, circus arts (something I am quite new to), thrifting and experimenting with fashion, reading, writing, and finding new coffee shops.

bfa in musical theatre – Dance minor

I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Anderson University as of December 2025! During my time at AU, my main focus was on musical theatre and dance performance. However, this dynamic program also allowed me to explore other fields in the world of theatre: costuming, choreography, directing, and teaching. Getting such a diverse experience not only gave me an array of useful skills, but made me a more well-rounded and collaborative performing artist.
